I had an old (7-9 years) desktop which I had not used in years. I wanted to have all my old photos of kids & grand kids extracted from the hard drive and transferred to a flash drive. I brought Indy Laptops the old desktop, and a flash drive, dropped it off hoping for the best. I couldn't even turn the computer on the last time I tried to use it. She had the job done in one business day. All my photos I hadn't seen in years are saved! I spent hours looking at old photos last night and grateful that Indy Laptops was able to save the day! The lady working the counter was very nice, and very professional. I'd definitely take another computer there if I needed to. AND, they were $15 LESS than a few other places had quoted me!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At IndyLaptops, we have a $55 / hr rate, but many of our services have set pricing. We also keep in contact with you while your PC is with us and get pre-authorization for any extras that may come up. You get to decide, that way you know what your getting with no surprises at check out.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't be intimidated. Ask questions. You're probably using or hiring a professional because you're not. Any company you choose to do business with should understand and appreciate that.
