- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects doing the job correctly — proper base prep, high-strength concrete, and experienced in-house crews. We’re not the cheapest, and that’s intentional. Many lower quotes skip key steps that lead to cracking and premature failure. We provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees, and we do offer bundled pricing when combining multiple services or projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your project, then schedule a free estimate. Once approved, we handle scheduling, prep, and installation. Before we pour, we walk the layout with you to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. Most projects are completed in one day, and we stay in communication the entire time so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on, real-world concrete installation — not just theory. Our crews are trained in proper grading, forming, finishing, and decorative techniques. We continuously refine our process based on what actually performs best long-term, especially in Indiana’s freeze/thaw conditions.
