- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our planning packages there is a system involved. When flowers and decor are created and designed with the client in mind there will never be a flat pricing system. Every client will receive a customized quote specific to them and their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with them 1 on 1 at a location near them to get as many details as possible to design a planning package or decor quote that is specific to their needs. The first session is complementary and allows the clients to get to know us and what we can offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our planners on staff have degrees in event management along with experience. Our florist designer and owner has over 20 years experience working in shops and also teaching the trade to others. All staff members attend as many trade shows and events so that we can keep up on what is currently available and what the current styles and trends are.
