I recently purchased a 1960s house that needed a lot of work done. My plan was to completely gut it by myself. But I quickly realized the massive undertaking it is for a single person. So I went online to hire someone to finish the job and luckily found Kevin and his crew. Kevin was my point of contact and extremely helpful from start to finish. When we first met for the estimate, Kevin was transparent about the costs and duration of the project. He also guaranteed a job well done and oh did he deliver. Kevin and his crew were organized and efficient. They worked well together and had a clear game plan. Witnessing them complete the job taught me that demolition is more than just breaking walls down and throwing the trash away. It requires teamwork, the proper equipment, and strategy. Total Junk did a great demo job for me on a house flip. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleared everything out exactly as discussed. Demo was clean, fast, and didnt slow down my schedule, which is huge when youre on a tight timeline. Pricing was fair and communication was straightforward.
