To ensure your vision is captured, we'll work closely with other professionals (videographer, photographer, etc.). We want your entire event to be a success - not just the music! We do not simply press play. Our disc jockeys are involved from start to finish, including planning. With Lights Out Entertainment, you'll know your DJ prior to booking and this will be the same DJ who shows up the day of. Face-to-face meetings, social media, web conferencing and online planning tools are utilized to be certain that we have a full understanding with our clients' wishes.
Want to get your whole group involved? One way to do this preliminary is through our online 'guest request' which allows guest to submit notes and song request to us before we ever show up for the event. Perhaps, you have an uncle that does a crazy dance to a certain song, or your sorority sisters had a theme for your senior year. These are the little things we learn through the guest system and they help us make your event, wedding or party unique!
