- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a set price that is the most affordable but a lot of jobs require me to come out to diagnose the problem and determine material costs so that the customer and I can come up with the best possible solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather some information over the phone to determine the problem or what the customer's looking to have done. I setup an appointment for me to come out and introduce myself. I then provide a free estimate and explain everything that needs to be done to the customer. I then let the customer make the decision on whether to hire me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience working in the field and I know everything there is to know in residential construction.
