Yackson is such a nice young man. I hired Yackson to patch several drywall areas in my vacant home. He does not install drywall so a separate visit was needed from his brother to hang 2 partial pieces of drywall. He also does not have any drywall or drywall mud so the customer will need to purchase those items at the hardware store and have them ready for him. The quality of the work was fine for my vacant house. He spent a few hours and said he was done but I showed him his work needing extra work to smooth out the rough areas to make it ready for paint and and he was able to get it done after I left. Yackson does not come with a vacuum or a broom so be prepared to spend time vacuuming and scraping drywall mud off your floors. If you have an empty house like me and have the time to buy the supplies for him and clean up afterward, I would definitely recommend you hire him. Price was not the cheapest quote right in the middle. He also works a job during the day so it took extra trips for me at night to come meet him so keep that in mind if you mind evening work rather than daytime. I would hire him again for my rentals and empty houses for sure. He gets the job done but it may make more work for the customer than what they’re used to.
