Went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with my ventilation of the dryer duct. Went up on the roof and pulled out the birds nest clogging my vent!

I thought i had a leak in the duct work in the attic because i had paid Sears last year to clean vents and furnace. The main trunk in the furnace had not been cleaned which was causing all the massive dirt flying in the house. I was having to dust every other day and couldnt keep up. I thought Sears was going to stop the problem but it didnt. Therefore..thinking a hole in duct work was the problem but FAST found the prpblem inside the furnace. It has been 3 days and i have not had to dust! Such a relieve. Thank you sooo much FAST technicians!!

I had my dryer vent clean. Technicians were very professional. i also ended up getting my ducts cleaned as well. The only issue I had is I was told that I would be the first appointment in the morning at 8:00 and they ended up getting to my house a little after 10:00 .

Both guys were friendly, they made sure everything was cleaned well,and even fixed some minor Duct problems. This is the third time I have used them and I would not use anyone else.

Clean dryer duct. Advertised at $49 if vent less than 15ft. Ours is. When asked if that included inside dryer vent and interior dryer vent they said no. So for $89 we had that done. Very overpriced.
