All Hands On Deck Electrical's reply
My technician was stuck in traffic so he was late to the appointment. we completed $2200 worth of electrical work for $1000 that is. more than %50 off the bill the customer still was telling me how much he should be paying me because my technician was late i explained to the customer that is not how it works he got upset because i wouldn't take more money off the bill some people you just refuse to be satisfied.
