I recently hired Charles to install a new overhead light, and move a light switch from behind a bedroom door to another wall so it could be turned on/off with the door open. He contacted me almost immediately after I put in the work request, and as instructed texted me instead of calling me. (It's hard for me to work over the phone, much easier to text back and forth.) He gave me a ballpark estimate, and we scheduled service. He was late to the job, due to an emergency call - which was fine, but I want to be fully transparent. When he arrived he was polite, professional, and efficient. The job was done well, and the work site was left clean. I would recommend him for your job, if you are looking for an electrician.

I contacted Charles for an estimate to install a new electric meter and electrical drop that was damaged by a tree falling. Knowing my tenants had no power, or heat, he came out within an hour and worked late in the freezing cold to install the new meter and mast, so AES could reconnect the downed lines the same night. I've hired numerous independent contractors over the 25yrs of owning rental properties and reliable ones are hard to find. I will use Charles again due to his excellent service, reliability. and reasonable prices. Ritch Shepherd
