Christopher was great. Better than great, really. He showed up earlier. Did the work quickly. Answered a lot of my questions and even showed me a couple tips that weren’t part of the original work order. I have a handful of additional electrical projects in my house and I’m already planning to use Christopher again. Couldn’t be happier.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I have prices posted, those are very accurate to the end price, but could be changed or added onto if the situation changes. However, I am very upfront about those situations and never will work and then blindside a customer with an unexpected bill later.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to verify exactly what work needs completed so that everyone is on the same page. Then come to an agreeable price point. From there I just hope that we find a date that is suitable.
