- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My session fees are set and are based on photography time, not travel time between locations. For clients who are interested in booking multiple sessions, a discount would be applied as a returning customer benefit. Additionally, for any customers who refer a friend or family member, both parties will receive $50 off their next session with me!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer to get to know my clients before their session and recommend a phone call or face to face meeting to be sure I understand what they're hoping to see in their photos. Some people prefer casual and candid, others prefer posed and structured...I can do both and just need to know what you want!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a self-taught photographer who has learned from the mentors in my field, as well as online courses that help me capture the best sessions possible for my clients.
