FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple. I look at the project, discuss it with the homeowner and work out a great value for the homeowner and a fair wage for myself. I do high quality work at below market prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always researching better and more efficient ways of providing value to my customers. I am not afraid to ask questions of the professionals at Sherwin Williams, Lowes, Menards, and other suppliers about the latest technology and best practices for any project that I take on.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into this business in 2009 after another plant closing and layoff. I was working as an Mechanical Engineer in the aerospace industry for 20+ years and decided it was time for a change. I really like improving things and making people happy. I have been blessed with a natural talent in mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and can usually figure out an economically solution to most projects. I own my home and have owned several rental properties and know the challenges of keeping up on all the maintenance of property ownership. I enjoy providing my customers "The best value for the buck."
