Mr. Webb called before he arrived. Did the work from the top and the bottom of the chimney. Explained updates that I might want in the future for my insert. He was very informative and did a nice job.

While the tech was a friendly chap and arrived on time, he didn't have a clean tarp to cover our white couch or any of the furniture. He cleaned the chimney liner that is connected to the wood stove and cemented the connection and was done under an hour. I wanted the chimney cap looked at. He decided it was in good shape but didn't go up on the roof.

They were responsive, professional, and efficient. They cleaned my fireplace flue and gas furnace flue. Both probably hadn't been cleaned in ten years. The gas furnace was pretty clean and he said it wouldn't need to be cleaned quite as often and with the fireplace flue he pointed out how my chimney was the only one in the neighborhood that wasn't capped. Also, they were very neat.
