Ashkickerz inspected my fireplace and fixed some flashing on the roof. The fireplace inspection was a couple hundred dollars and quick. The tech was in and out and respectful of the home keeping it clean. There was minimal-no cleaning to do so the price was a little higher than expected. The flashing repair was identified in the inspection and was quoted at around 600$. I paid up front, but it took 3 calls on my end to get them to come back out and make the repair. Some delay was understandable, the initial inspection was in December which makes roof work unsafe in ice. All told, it took around 90d from inspection and my multiple calls to receive the service is prepaid for. I was told I'd get a picture once it was done but that didn't happen so I'm crossing my fingers that I got what I paid for.
