Mr. Webb called before he arrived. Did the work from the top and the bottom of the chimney. Explained updates that I might want in the future for my insert. He was very informative and did a nice job.

Although there was some confusion in the beginning, it was rapidly dealt with successfully by the owner. The crew came today when scheduled and started off with a careful review of the fireplace and flue. They then performed the job neatly and with care not to leave any mess in my living room. I would certainly call upon them again.

While the tech was a friendly chap and arrived on time, he didn't have a clean tarp to cover our white couch or any of the furniture. He cleaned the chimney liner that is connected to the wood stove and cemented the connection and was done under an hour. I wanted the chimney cap looked at. He decided it was in good shape but didn't go up on the roof.
