- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of each project, not hourly rates. We provide flat project pricing so you know the total cost upfront. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. We don’t inflate or undercut prices — we price fairly based on the actual work involved. Every job is reviewed individually to make sure pricing reflects the real scope and requirements. We also stand behind our work and provide a workmanship warranty on completed projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing the details of your project and any photos you can share. For many jobs, we can provide pricing remotely. If an in-person visit is needed, we’ll schedule a quick assessment. Once pricing is approved, we schedule the work and complete it efficiently and professionally. We focus on clear communication, reliable scheduling, and getting the job done right the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience across a wide range of residential repair and improvement services, including flooring, drywall, fixture installs, weatherization, plumbing upgrades, and general home maintenance. We stay current with best practices and safety standards to ensure every job is completed professionally and correctly.
