They were very professional. I needed an exercise bike repaired. It was going to cost more than what I paid for the bike. So unless your equipment is on the expensive side, it might not be worth the cost of repairs.

I wanted to select all of the qualities listed because they all applied! I can't say thank you enough!!! I wish you guys offered other services because you are the best! Prompt, courteous, professional, informative, and affordable! David Bohn was my technician and he was more than just someone assembling a treadmill. He was beyond helpful with showing me how to use it, advised on specific aspects of the machine and how to get the most out of it as well as gave recommendations on additional equipment I'm interested in for future purchase. By the end, he was so advanced and proficient it was completed in less time than expected and my fee was less than quoted!!! Yep, I tipped him and I seriously think this company has one heck of an asset worth showing their appreciation to and keeping for a very long time! I'll be calling again soon and I sure hope David will work his magic on my next fitness machine. I honestly can't tell you enough how nice it was to get it done (finally, after 3 other attempts with different companies), without being gouged, and such a pleasant, all around nice, honest guy doing the job. Much appreciated!

Pros: the technician was kind and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the machine correctly but could not fix it. Cons: I was charged $150 and still ended up with a broken treadmill. I communicated the model up front of the treadmill. The company did not let me know that common parts for this model took months to order. I'm deeply disappointed as I had started this process over a month prior to me needing it repaired. I was happy to pay the diagnostic fee in exchange for them to order the part and fix it. I figured it would be 2 weeks or so. No problem. I had to ask when the part would arrive and received info that the part could be months out, or even not arrive ever. Since I communicated the model upfront, this search of a parts database should have been completed prior to me paying what equals 3 full dinners at a restaurant between me and my wife. I didn't want to write a review I figured oh well it was a mistake I'll just ask for a refund of the diagnostic. I was denied.
