They were very professional. I needed an exercise bike repaired. It was going to cost more than what I paid for the bike. So unless your equipment is on the expensive side, it might not be worth the cost of repairs.

I wanted to select all of the qualities listed because they all applied! I can't say thank you enough!!! I wish you guys offered other services because you are the best! Prompt, courteous, professional, informative, and affordable! David Bohn was my technician and he was more than just someone assembling a treadmill. He was beyond helpful with showing me how to use it, advised on specific aspects of the machine and how to get the most out of it as well as gave recommendations on additional equipment I'm interested in for future purchase. By the end, he was so advanced and proficient it was completed in less time than expected and my fee was less than quoted!!! Yep, I tipped him and I seriously think this company has one heck of an asset worth showing their appreciation to and keeping for a very long time! I'll be calling again soon and I sure hope David will work his magic on my next fitness machine. I honestly can't tell you enough how nice it was to get it done (finally, after 3 other attempts with different companies), without being gouged, and such a pleasant, all around nice, honest guy doing the job. Much appreciated!
