I specialize in small jobs, big contractors typically decline or claim they can do, just not when you need them done. I typically avoid MEP work, but can and will do it, if you have enough other work that fits my skill-set. I'm honest, reliable, intelligent, conscientious, reasonably priced and do quality work.
