- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As each job is different and can have unique obstacles, there is no standard pricing established.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will speak on the phone and get an idea of what you're trying to accomplish. I'll need to come and look at your project and get measurements and make a material list. From there I can create an estimate. Then we will schedule dates and time frame of completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with several general contactors doing a wide range of work for insurance company's, property management groups, and home owners. I also have certifications in water damage restoration and drying.
