David responded to my inquiry almost immediately on a Saturday. We briefly discussed our project via text, and he was at our house the next day to look at our living room in person. I received a fair quote the next day. They began work later that week. The project was not a simple one, and they had to use scaffolding and ladders to add batten board and shiplap to our 18 feet walls. They painted all of the walls, hung two large ceiling lights, and tiled two fireplaces. JDP is very capable of many types of projects. The job took about 7 days. They are extremely hard workers. David was very communicative throughout the entire process. I always knew when to expect him every morning, and he and his crew were very punctual. They were always pleasant and polite, and they did their best to keep their workspaces as tidy as possible. We will be calling them the next time we have a carpentry project.

David responded very quickly when I requested the work to replace\install three interior doors. We agreed on the price and he scheduled the work for the next Saturday (respect to David and Julian for putting the time in on a Saturday!) We didn't pick a specific start time but David arrived mid morning and got right to work on removing the old doors and frames. The work was completed very quickly (and fairly unobtrusively noise wise) and all the old doors and framing was removed as requested. David and Julian were very polite and professional. David had to make a couple quick runs for supplies but kept me informed as to the coming and going (and Julian kept working away while David was out). A very positive experience and I would certainly use JDP Construction for work in the future.
