Courteous, works in a timely manner, great comm, friendly, I can tell he is a hard working gentleman seeing that he sends revisions and emails late into the night and early mornings. I needed a site plan made for a sign to be put up for my business, he helped give me options and even looked into city ordnance/statutes to help me understand what I can and can't do. He also gave his recommendations as to what would most likely allow me to get this sign put up. He was only really supposed to create me a site plan, but he went well ABOVE AND BEYOND. His insights and professionalism allowed me to get a good direction on how my sign will go up and also helped me not veer towards more expensive and illogical routes. Now I haven't put it up and am in the process of trying to do so. His site plans were clear, simple, and neat. Would definitely like to commission him again for other projects. Thanks a lot.
