- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free roof inspections and bid each repair or roof replacement according to what needs to be done. I can assure you, we're very fair in our pricing and do quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do a free roof inspection and then determine what needs to be done to address the problem. If it's an insurance claim we'll meet the adjuster at the property to help with the claim. We're the roofing experts so increase the likelihood of the claim being approved by over 50%, just by meeting the adjuster. Some clients want to bring us in after the adjuster meeting, but it's kind of like going to court without an attorney and bringing them in after the fact. We're professionals and know how to get your claim approved, as well as how to deal with the insurance company through the process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a commercial and residential real estate investor and worked with hundreds of contractors over the years, from small house remodels to multi million dollar hotel renovations. The lack of quality contractors that actually followed through on their promises was sorely lacking. So I brought on some expert roofers and decided to fill the need as an honest, straight forward contractor with exemplary customer service. People just want to be treated fairly and for you to do what you say you're going to do.
