I had a great experience! They were very responsive, easy to work with, showed up on time and did great quality work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a discount of 20% off for referrals. On large projects we do require a deposit and never have hidden fees. We are open and honest with our pricing and encourage negotiations if the project has many factors to consider.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step in the process is to get photograps and written description of your project. Once we have that we like to talk about price and availability. If everything looks good they're may be a deposit required or document any necessary steps to how final payment will be made. In some cases a contract will need to be signed by all parties. Now comes the fun part! Working on your specific project with great detail and care. All projects are unique so variations will apply.
