- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is sometimes hard to quote because everybody needs are different. I am known to work well with people, and be mindful of their budgets. It's not uncommon for me to randomly throw in extra things just because.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the client. I want to know where they came from, and what their goals are. Because I don't view clients as a number, I work very closely onsite, and afterwards to get exactly what they need. There is a sense of pride I feel when someones eyes light up at the images I take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Dad worked for Kodak years ago so we always had film in the house. I have learned photography down to the extreme technical aspect which allows me to adapt quickly to lighting changes, and different scenarios.
