I’m so glad that we hired CPE Services. We needed to have our old wired video doorbell replaced so we could have our new one installed. We needed someone that was proficient in electricalwiring, and knew how to work on a transformer. Chris arrived at the scheduled time and got to work right away. He completed the job very quickly and asked was there anything else he could help with? We are very happy with the work that was done and would definitely hire them again.

I had two issues in one outlet. The smaller issue, reconnecting an existing light to a new switch, was relatively easy (for a pro) and was solved satisfactorily. The larger issue, connecting an attic fan to a new switch proved more complicated due to the installation being partially completed and old house wiring. Although the job could not be completed in the time allowed, a simpler solution was proposed and accepted, and will be executed next week (all being well).

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do charge for each service call or site visit including those which result in a project estimate. The cost of an initial service call or site visit is credited toward the total labor for an awarded project or those jobs which require a return trip. Our labor and material rates are very competitive and we consistently deliver value at every stage your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick phone consult to discuss your needs and any photos provided can solidly pricing and timing, but an onsite consult can be the best $45 you spend toward getting the best result for more complex or distributed systems. Scheduling is confirmed several days in advance for any project lasting more than one day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a BICSI certified technician, I’m experienced with installing and terminating services ranging from simple network drops to digital broadband, audio and visual solutions (copper, coax and fiber). Extending electrical service, DC, Solar and generator backup service is part of my skill set.
