Helpful info for those out there needing the help.
Hourly rates are as follows for 1st time cleans, typically 4-6 hours, deep cleans, move-in or move-out cleans, organization projects starting at:
(Scheduled cleans after are cheaper and individualized)
$75-$85 hrly for 2 cleaners (difference is condtion) [BEST VALUE-Half the time]
$55-$65 hrly for 1 cleaner (difference is condition)
Example: 6 hr job @$60 hrly 1 person =$360
(cut in 1/2) 3 hr job @$80 hrly 2 people=$240
Additional fees apply for immediate cleans within 36 hours if there are no openings.
Most jobs are 2 people as it's way faster typically it cuts the time in half with 2 people verses 1. So it saves money on your end and helps us get you to where you want to be faster and being cost effective.
Once an initial cleaning is done by us then I can quote on a routine scheduled cleaning.
Remember the longer you go between cleanings the higher the price typically verses a bi-weekly or weekly rate.

I do TRY (pictures or videos can work) to come out to meet my clients and see your homes before I start a cleaning job to get an idea how long the initial cleaning/job will take so you have an idea of cost. Many times we take no lunch breaks and work straight through your job whether 3 hours or 8 hours.
