- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and transparent. We base it on the size of your home, the level of cleaning needed, and the frequency of visits. We don’t believe in hidden fees, and you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for. Discounts may be available for recurring services or referrals—just ask, and we’ll do our best to work within your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a quick conversation to understand your needs and expectations. Once we have a sense of what you’re looking for—whether it’s a deep clean, a move-out clean, or regular upkeep—we’ll provide a clear quote and schedule a time that works for you. When the day comes, we’ll show up on time, bring all the supplies needed, and make sure your space is spotless.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience, we’ve seen and cleaned it all! Over the years, we’ve fine-tuned our techniques to be efficient and thorough, and we’ve learned the best practices for handling different surfaces, materials, and spaces. We stay up to date on the most effective cleaning products and methods to ensure high-quality results every time
