She was 20 minutes late and did not come prepared. No mop. Had to go to the store, that took 30 more minutes. She knocked my shower curtain down while cleaning, I took a picture of how she put it back up. I swept my kitchen and living room after she left. It still had the same dirt and dust from when she started. She did not shake any of my entry rugs. They were left with dirt on them and still positioned the same way which means she didn’t even sweep or mop under them. Did not clean the bathrooms well at all. Faucets were still dirty. Didn’t bother trying to clean the master shower. Actually told me that I should get some Dawn and toilet bowl cleaner to clean my shower doors. Left the rugs in my laundry room and laundry basket sitting on top of my washer and dryer. Didn’t move furniture when vacuuming. Oh, and she asked me did I know how to use her vacuum cleaner to clean my stairs. She didn’t know how to use the extension hose. I had to do a second cleaning when she left. A total waste of $130.
