Marathon Cleaning cleaned my house thoroughly top to bottom. Christina cleaned the floors, sweep, dusted, and removed the cobwebs. She left the house cleaned and smelling fresh. I will have her come again because she did a great job and I am pleased with her work

I am an full time employed extremely busy mother of three boys and Marathon Cleaning has been a true blessing for both my office and home. I have come to find that Christina is a kind and reliable person. Whether it be an appointment to deep clean areas i had let go a bit or setting up regular weekly cleanings after, she was well organized and reasonably priced. Her company did not try to push unnecessary services on me and was even willing to negotiate for random add ons I was requesting. I have used Molly Maids as wells as other cleaning services and Marathon Cleaning has been by far the best. Christina takes pride in her work and continuously shows up on time with a pleasant attitude. 5 Stars!

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had. I paid $240 to have our new home deep cleaned before we moved in. I told Christina to clean every inch of the house and use any chemical necessary. I provided a list full of things I needed done many days prior to the appointment and it wasn’t until she was “completely finished” that she texted me and told me that she doesn’t offer some of the services. She promised a very deep clean of the entire house but when I arrived at our home, over half of the house hadn’t been touched. Obviously discouraged, I reached out to her to ask what happened and let her know I was disappointed and asked for either $140 of my money back (she only did $100 worth of work if that) or for her to come back and do a better job. I was very polite at first. She responded with such an attitude and couldn’t believe I would insult her work like that. I couldn’t believe she was standing by the work she had done as her “best” but when I sent her the pictures, she claimed the “house didn’t look like that when I left”. That’s a ridiculous claim because no one was in the home after her and we moved in the very next day where I found the mess as if she hadn’t even touched the place. I’m upset that I lost that much money for a job that wasn’t even halfway done and most importantly, she was incredibly unprofessional, getting an attitude and refusing to answer texts asking to make it right. The pictures are only a small portion of what I came home too. Do yourself a favor and NEVER do business with this woman.
