My experience comes from hands-on training, real-world application, and continuously refining our cleaning systems to meet high standards. I have developed structured cleaning methods, checklists, and team training processes to ensure consistency across every service we provide. At Pristine Clean Team, we focus on proper product use, attention to detail, time management, and customer satisfaction. We also train our team on best practices, safety, and maintaining professionalism in every home. I believe in continuous improvement, so we are always evolving our processes to better serve our clients and maintain a high level of quality.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in cleaning with a natural passion for organization, attention to detail, and creating clean, comfortable environments for others. Over time, I realized there was a real need for reliable, high-quality cleaning services that clients could truly trust. That’s what led me to build Pristine Clean Team LLC — a small business focused on professionalism, consistency, and care. What started as a skill turned into a business built on relationships, trust, and delivering “The Perfect Scene” every time.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my recent favorite projects was a full move-out deep clean for a large residential home. The property required detailed attention from top to bottom, including baseboards, appliances, bathrooms, and floor restoration. What made this project special was seeing the transformation from a heavily lived-in space to a fresh, move-in-ready home. The project took approximately 6–8 hours with a small team, and we ensured every detail was handled with care. I take pride in projects like these because they truly reflect the level of quality and consistency we bring to every home.
