We’ve been using Scrub Sisters for the past few years and they are amazing! They always leave the house looking clean and smelling fresh. In the past we’ve used Molly Maids and Merry Maids but those companies don’t hold a candle to these sisters. Not only are they professional, they’re friendly and trustworthy. If need be they even have access to our home, on the days they’re scheduled to clean, even if we aren’t home. We highly recommend these young ladies.

I hired these ladies to clean my house. They agreed to clean bi weekly on Saturdays and said it would not be a problem. We started with noon. I asked them to come at 4 one week but then asked to go back to noon. They did. I asked them to use my products for cleaning. I signed a release to have them use my chemicals. I asked what furniture they move. If I wanted them to clean behind furniture, I moved it for them. I tend to have things on my floor when they get here. Today instead of asking me to move the things, they said I was wasting their time, and would not clean the floor in my living room. I asked why and they said because I was wasting their time. I the customer was paying them to waste their time. They said I was nick picking because I asked why they do not clean out the drain screens when they clean. I was told because it is "my" responsibility to clean them daily. I had cleaned the drain two days before. It took them 1 hour and 37 minutes to clean one and a half bedrooms, 1 small bath, dining room and small kitchen. I had been picking things up and received a call from my neighbor because her cat had been killed. I was told since I talked on the phone and did not pick up the floor they would not do it. Then they started trying to defend themselves by blaming for taking a call instead of picking up the floor. I also always told them if there was too much on a piece of furniture they did not have to dust it. Basically, I found them extremely rude and shaming me for not having a clean house when they come. I said that was what I was paying them to do. Once they said they were quitting I asked them to get out. I also asked them to shut up and leave. They continued to talk, the one sister did. They also said they drive 40 minutes to my house. That is not my problem. They knew exactly what I wanted and where I lived prior to starting. They said I was acting like a child and etc, etc, I would have recomended them prior to today. I was flabbergasted the way they treated me today. They were very unprofessional. Before they left one of them went and took a picture of my living room to use when I post this review. I told her she did not have permission to take the picture or post it anywhere. I did attempt to grab her phone and accidently touched her and she threatened to call the police on me. They start out appearing sweet and willing to clean how the customer wants it done but then they change. If you have a clean house, then I recommend them. If you want them to clean a dirty house be prepared for them to shame you and refuse to clean certain rooms. I would obviously never hire them again. They said they would respond to this review and continue to shame me and of course post the picture of my house which they do not have permission to post.
