I had a 10x10 bedroom painted and a 11x13 bedroom painted. G was prompt and very professional. However she was very expensive. Instead of turning her away after her quote I decided to listen to her sales pitch. She pretty much guaranteed high quality work. Let me just say the two painters were professional as well. But when I went in to check on them after approx. 8 hours, they sald they were wrapping up and were coming to get me to look the job over. I was surprised ( and a little disappointed). I had painted one of the rooms red and because I am not a professional, you could see where I had bits of paint on the ceiling. What was surprising (and somewhat disappointing) is I pointed out to them where THEY had put paint on the ceiling, where the white wall in one room was showing thru the new color, where the white trim in one room had been hit with the blue paint and where it looked as though the paint had started dripping on one wall. The two painters were very professional about fixing these things. I was just surprised they had not noticed all this before they thought they were finished. Today (the day after the job), I looked around again and notice a string of white paint in both rooms on our very blue carpet, and another smudge of blue in one of the closets. Also a bucket was left behind. (Maybe that was part of our materials fee). The way G hyped her painters up, it was like someone hyping up a movie you are thinking about going to see and when you go you are disappointed. I was disappointed because I had a previous painter to compare their service who did an excellent job and wasn't nearly as expensive. ( he went commercial). Also she stated she was so expensive because of the quality of work. I had higher expectations, but I will not do this again.

Angie - I want to once again address your concerns. The painters should have not told you that they were "Wrapping up" until they had done their final touch ups. You should not have had to point out imperfections. I have advised you, this was a new crew and I obviously failed to make sure they were aware of our company policy, that they do their walk thru, prior to having a customer join them with the final walk thru. I do thank you for bringing this to my attention, so that I may address the issue with the crew and make sure that our company's expectations are being met and each of our customers receive a top notch professional service!
360 Painting offers quality workmanship, warranty and complete customer satisfaction, we are not the cheapest, nor are we even close to the most expensive. We are extremely reasonably and competitively priced for the service that we provide.
There is no excuse for your experience, you paid a fair price for a quality job and I that it what you should expect to have gotten. I believe that I have shown to you that your satisfaction is important. I will always address any concerns that arise in a timely and efficient manner.
Thank you so much for making me aware of your concerns, without your and any customers issues being brought to my attention, I would not be able to properly critique and train, not just this crew, but any new ones.
Customer Satisfaction is our not only our goal it is an Expectation.
