- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the size of the project, materials needed, and any repairs required. We don’t add surprise fees everything is discussed ahead of time. For larger projects or returning customers, we do offer discounts. We always try to work within a customer’s budget while still providing quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule a time to see the project in person so I can take measurements and understand the customer’s goals. Then I provide a clear estimate and explain what materials and steps will be involved. Once we agree on the details, we schedule the job and keep the customer updated from start to finish. Communication and quality are always the priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from years of hands-on experience with painting, drywall repair, texture matching, and small home renovations. I’ve learned professional techniques through real projects and staying current on materials and methods to ensure high-quality results.
