I made arrangements on line for a 7:00 pm appointment. Tony arrived a little earlier. Because I had underestimated the size of my load, he explained carefully why it would cost a little more than the estimate. He and his associate worked efficiently and left my place clean and immediately usable. They were gone within an hour. He is personable and has a sense of humor.

Details: No large items to haul • Yard waste, construction debris or scrap metal • Enough to fill one pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs

Wow! I couldn’t be happier with the Zuguzu team. They removed a stubborn chain-link fence that was set with deep concrete posts. They did the job well, cleaned up after themselves, and were very reasonably priced. Will hire again!

I had my furniture cleaned to remove the dog scent that I had. Tony worked with me in a very timely and professional manner and stayed in communication with me. Showed up to the job when they said they would and did a fantastic job cleaning my furniture. The men were very personable and maintained conversation with me while cleaning. I highly recommend them and will be using their services again in the future. Thank you for the work and removing the smell.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing are one of the best in the industry .We do not try to gorge customers into paying more than necessary .For example . our junk removal starts $130 our full load starts at $180 .Please add $60for the cost disposal .We are environmentally conscious company hence all items are properly dispossessed according to local government regulations .Please be weary of company that dump junk illegally on street corners . All quotes on Thumbtack are strictly estimates and could be higher or lower depending on your actual needs.Please note that cost of disposal is a additional charge of $20 for gas for our vehicle .There are also additional charges fir disposal of Refrigerators and Air Conditioners,cost more for disposal
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process are simple and straight forward.You send us photos of the junk to be removed and we send you a quote .Payment is always after the job is completed and inspected by the customer.
