- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a negotiable kind of guy. As long as the customer and I can come up with an agreed amount that is fine. Every yard is different and needs different care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible I like to meet and discuss a price on site before the work is done. If not I don't mind working while you are not there nor will I have a problem with waiting until someone is home. Either works for me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on training since a teen with lawn care. It was always a way I could keep money during the summer as a teen.
