We were hiring a landscape company to remove a lot of sod from our property in preparation for new topsoil. We wanted to make sure that all the original soil and grass was removed. This included rock and any other debris on the property. They responded to our inquiry within 25 minutes. They were extremely friendly on the phone, offered suggestions, and agreed to come out within three hours to give us a quote. We expressed that whichever company we went with timing would be one of our priorities. They said they understood. When they came out to give us a quote, they arrived early. They gave us a heads up and communicated prior that they would be running early. We were impressed with that. When they arrived, they were extremely friendly, joked around, and suggested a great plan. Their plan was a little bit different than mine, but I liked what they communicated. They went into great detail. We negotiated price and they started immediately. They were done about three hours at his schedule. They exceeded the work requested, a lot was spotless and looked pristine. They were extremely affordable, professional, and the team that did the work was extremely friendly. I would hire them again without hesitation. The rates were extremely competitive. The equipment they used was outstanding for the job. I liked most was their guarantee to be done before the deadline and I liked that they had all the equipment available exceed my expectations. Will definitely hire them again.
