FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not traditional education, not at the moment. That is something I look forward to doing in the near future. But I do look up new hairstyles online every few months, because someone calls me just about that often, asking me about something that I have never heard of, or doing a style in a way I've never done before. I like that because it keeps me up to date, and it pushes me to continuously learn something new on a regular basis.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask as many questions as u can, to get the best knowledge of who u are going to hire. Honestly, there really is no stupid question, because every little thing matters when u are spending your money. Time, patience, and money are ur biggest commodities when it comes to having ur hair done, so u have to make sure u use them wisely.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That this is nothing personal. It's a business. I love to do hair, and will make any accomodations that I can. But people also need to understand that I have to accomodate myself as well as them. People also need to understand that time is money, so being inconsiderably late isn't acceptable. Another thing I wish people understood is that once the appointment is made, that time frame belongs to them. But once they decide to be late, then they're on my time.
