- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For bridal parties of 3 or more (including the bride), a trial is included for the bride at no cost as well as travel within Indianapolis, on the day of! A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the bridal party total is due to secure the date. The remainder will be due upon completion of services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask about what you normally wear, the look you're wanting, if there's anything specific you do or don't want, your skin type, etc. If you have any pictures in mind feel free to bring those as well!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed cosmetologist, have completed a year long salon apprenticeship, worked as a freelance makeup artist, & attended countless training sessions lead by high end makeup brands such as Urban Decay, Too Faced, It Cosmetics, Benefit, & Tarte.
