What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Students purchase a class package from our website and then receive a contract and student registration details. From there, we match them with a teacher based on their goals and availability, and schedule their first class. Our Founder and Education Program Manager work directly with students and teachers to ensure that classes are seamlessly delivered!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's mandatory that all of our teachers are multilingual and have spent time teaching, studying, or volunteering internationally. The vast majority of our teachers have earned their master's degrees in language education, bilingual education, or linguistics. Each teacher is certified and has a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
