Customers should know that I am willing to be flexible with pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with new customers is understanding what their needs and desires are for the special event. We will discuss pricing based on where the event will take place, how many guest will be attending, plates/utensil/ decor being provided and any custom menu items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of serving guest in the food/beverage industry as well as hospitality. Half of my time I worked in fine dining restaurants and half the time I spent working with a catering company on the north side of Indianapolis.
