- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of menu ordered for an event, so it depends on how many items have been selected. We try to work with any budget in some cases we are willing to waive certain fees to accommodate a customers budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to work with new customers. The first thing is to find out what kind of services the customer is looking for. Once we have established a foundation we then begin the menu building process. I am always open to answer any questions or concerns that my customers have before the event.
