Just moved into a new house. Having a lot of water issues outside near the foundation. Also had a strong mildew/musty smell in our downstairs bathroom.
I called Jeff at 8:00 am and he was at my house by 9:30. He inspected my property, took some moisture readings, and went into the crawl space. When he was all done he said he was amazed that I did not have any mold issues and he gave me solid advice on things I could do around the house to fix water issues that could become a mold issue later.
No cost for the inspection. Jeff really took care of my concerns. Very professional, hi integrity. Would highly recommend A+ Restoration Services.

They got our basement pumped out in 4 hours & removed carpeting and pad the next day. Removed all the drywall and we're waiting for the floor guys to pour the floor before completing the process.

Highly recommended, I have an outstanding experience. Jeff, the owner and Greg went to the property several times during the estimate/proposal process. They clearly explain to me about the scope and the proposal was clear and see their value. Jeff and the crew did an excellent job on my big project to remediate mold, fix the foundation and install a drainage system in the basement. The crew was diligent, Jeff showed up every morning to check and discuss with me the activities for the day.
