- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive because we are not greedy and we are just interested in establishing a well running profitable business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer, I will get the information about the job, then give an estimate. And lastly schedule a time to come out and get the work done. I usually send a confirmation text to the customer the day before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Job Corps Indianapolis, and I furthered my education at Martin University in business administration.
