- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is all inclusive, unless there are rooms or add ons that you make during your service. When booking hourly services, there is a 2hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What you can expect from me: - Living Room/Family Room: 1 hour each - Kitchen: 1 hour - Offices: 30 mins - Dining Room: 30 mins - Bathrooms: 30 mins each - Bedrooms: 15-30 mins each - Foyer/Hallways: 15-30 mins each - Basement: 1-3 hours My Process: - Pre-Treat: Hard Water Stains, mold/mildew & rust - Remove cobwebs and dust from ceilings, walls and doorframes (under 8ft) - Dust the blinds and clean the inside windows - Dust vents, (exterior only) - Dust every surface, (exterior only) - Disinfect doorknobs and light fixtures - Spot Check Walls - Dust Baseboards - Vaccum/Sweep/Mop - Clean mirrors - Clean Toilets, (top to bottom) - Clean sinks and bathtubs - Spot Check Cabinets - Wipe Coutertops - Clean the outside of all appliances - Make Beds Add-Ons: - Oven Cleaning: 30 minutes - Refrigerator cleaning: 1 hour - Heavily stained bathtub: 1 hour - Laundry: 1 Hour Per Load - De-cluttering/organizing: *Contact Me* - Deep cleaning of the inside of cabinets, cupboards, shelves and drawers: 1 hour each room
