- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In a Triple Berry Moving, our pricing is straightforward. We have no hidden fees. You, as the costumer will always receive an estimate for pricing. Prices could change if you want boxes, your crew size changes, and extra expensives etc. But, we will discuss all pricing so that you have no surprises on moving day and your day runs smoothly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In Triple Berry Moving, we like to work on the phone so we can get basic information about your move. We will discuss which move is for you (loading, unloading, packing etc.) If you have a big more we many need an in-home estimate. We’ll put your move in our calander and get things rolling with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In Triple Berry Moving, we have on-site training with managers and experienced workers. We also have videos for employees to watch. We have workshops as well.
