We work on a contingency basis which means the client does not pay anything until there is a recovery.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, Jason will discuss the details and specifics of each prospective new client's situation and answer any questions they may have. If we think that we can help the prospective client, we will set up an in person meeting with Jason.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Jason Shartzer has been practicing personal injury law his whole career since 2003. Prior to starting his own firm, he was a partner at another personal injury firm in Indianapolis.
