- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour at $35 per hour. I have discounts and specials for customers who book multiple sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process includes first a free consultation (preferred in home) to look and discuss space. Then set a date to do the work. I start each session with 15 minutes of paper organization. Paper can be the most overwhelming task. Then, we sort through things by catagory and room. Next, creating a system that works for you. Finally, I take your items to donation you no longer want. And we keep in touch to see if that system is working for you. This process varys in how long it takes and process based on project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Certificate as a Organization Specialist. My education and training was specialize in organizing so I know a lot behind the process. I study organizing on a daily basis through books, podcast, and courses.
