Malcolm did a wonderful job cleaning our exterior double-hung sash windows with arched tops. He quoted us a great price and was actively cleaning our windows before other companies had even taken the time to respond. He arrived when he said he would, charged us what he quoted, communicated with us effectively, and was professional to a tee . I will keep his name in my contact list for other jobs. Malcolm is a great guy and very friendly. He keeps to appointment and, if he ever cant make an appointment, he calls ahead of time to reschedule. He washed my house and made it look brand new again. His prices are very reasonable, and he did an excellent job. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him!

I hired Malcom to clean my window screens and windows. He arrived early and did an excellent job. My windows are sparkling clean. He even went over and beyond by repairing a broken window screen and a door bottom sealer. He also power-washed the concrete onmy patio deck.I was very pleased with his courteous and professional service, and would definitely recommend him.
