The both two representatives that I have interacted with have been helpful and professional. Cameron has been my primary contact, and he has been just great. Objective and informative but also personal and attentive. I don't want to post a good review that may make him even busier (so he won't have time to give attention to my business), but I thought it would be fair to post a review given his good performance to date.

To obtain the business, the communication went great, but really that's where it stopped. Not all charges were discussed upfront; several errors in accounting; poor feedback and communication; extremely challenging to talking to someone. The dedicated person for my account has communicated constantly but at times has dropped the ball. I may look for another property manager in the future.

If you want a company who is up front and has good communication with its clients, then Real Property Management Indianapolis edge is the one. The most important asset I look for in any company I work with is good communication. Victoria at Indianapolis Edge always returns my calls and emails, she also invested time answering my questions well before we signed on with them. After we signed on they had customers looking at our house immediately. If you don't !want to worry about your property, this is the company for you. I can't see why the experience wouldn't be the same for the renter as well
