- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have primary, secondary, & tertiary coverage areas. The pricing is determined based on a variety of factors such as market conditions, subject property characteristics, and order type.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss the request for proposal. We disuss the scope of work and our qualifications, & proposed terms of payment. Next we either and mutually agree to enter into a contract for services or postpone the work. In the event the client engages us for Real Estate & Financial Service we set an appt for completion of the job. The TAT (turn around time) is dependant on the location of the property, the degree of difficulty, & allocation of resources required to exucute the service request to exceed expectations.
