What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and honest. We are not trying to ring you dry for every last dollar, in fact, if we feel we got the job done quicker than we thought we may reduce the price on site.
Also we offer large discounts if you do multiple services with us for ex. House wash + roof wash + driveway or roof wash + pool deck + pavers.
Just ask for the bundle deals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process of working with a customer is simple:
1. We discuss what service is desired
2. We provide a quote and agree on a price
3. We schedule a time on our calendar
4. We show up to do the job to customer satisfaction everytime
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education starts with mentorship that I have taken for the last 2 years by long time industry experts as well as 2 community pressure washing groups on Facebook that make up over 40,000 pressure washers worldwide.
